朱一帆 Clinton ZHU

Chef Clinton Zhu is a highly respected culinary expert, educator, and international competition judge with over 30 years of professional experience in the culinary industry. Holding a Master’s degree from Nankai University, he is widely recognized for his advocacy of foundational culinary skills as the cornerstone of professional chef development and has served as a visiting professor at multiple leading culinary academies in China. He has played a key leadership role on global skills platforms, including leading the Chinese Culinary National Team to the IKA Culinary Olympics and serving as Chief Expert for the Cooking Category at the 44th WorldSkills Competition, where his team achieved a Medal of Excellence. He currently serves as Chairman of the FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition, where he is committed to building internationally aligned culinary standards, nurturing the next generation of chefs, and promoting the development of the local agricultural industry.

创始人朱一帆是一位备受尊敬的烹饪专家、教育家及国际竞赛评委,在烹饪行业拥有超过30年的专业经验。他毕业于南开大学,拥有硕士学位,并因倡导将基础烹饪技能视为职业厨师成长的基石而广受认可。他曾担任多所中国顶尖烹饪学院的客座教授。在全球技能竞赛平台上,他发挥了重要领导作用,包括带领中国烹饪国家队参加IKA烹饪奥林匹克,并担任第44届世界技能大赛烹饪项目首席专家,其团队荣获卓越奖。他现任FHC中国国际烹饪艺术大赛主席,致力于建立国际化烹饪标准,培养新一代厨师,并推动本地农业产业的发展。
